On-Line Registration

Complete the registration form on line following all instructions. Please be advised there is a $5.00 convenience fee required for use of a credit card (MC and Visa only). For new LOYBL registrants, proof of child’s age will be required prior to receiving uniform. Family Plan Discounts (multiple siblings) online are enabled by using the discount code generated with the first family member transaction. That discount code must be entered for each subsequent online sibling registration.

Walk-In Registration

For new participants and families. Take this opportunity to ask questions and try on uniforms. All are welcome. Walk in details are as follows:

Mail-In Registration

Registration forms will be mailed to 2009 season participants and available through the Lake Orion Community Schools and various Township facilities. You can also download the form from this site. Please click the link below:
